Play selections, artists, and performance dates subject to change.
No backpacks, laptops, or briefcases are permitted inside CRT theatres. Only bags smaller than 12" x 6" x 12" will be permitted inside. Patrons with over-sized or prohibited items will be asked to return them to their vehicles or discard them. An exception will be made for medically necessary items. Over-sized and prohibited items are unable to be stored at the theatre.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We are a cashless office.
There is no in person box office for the Fall 2022 semester. All tickets will be emailed directly to patrons.

Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to curtain. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of house management.
There is no dress code at the theatre. For all performances, attire should be comfortable and appropriate for the occasion. The theatre is air conditioned during the summer months and kept cool year-round.

Children must be at least 4 years of age or older to attend CRT productions. Not all productions are suitable for young children. All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket.
Students – All children and students, regardless of which school they attend, may receive the student discount. 1 ticket per ID.
Seniors – Anyone over the age of 60 may receive the senior discount. UConn Faculty/Staff– Anyone with a valid UConn Faculty/Staff ID may purchase 1 ticket per ID at the same discounted rate as seniors.
UConn Alumni – UConn Alumni may receive 1 ticket at the same discounted rate as seniors.
Groups – A group discount is available for groups of 10 or more people. Call the group sales office for more information. (860) 486-3931
Pay What You Can - PWYC is available for select dates (see specific show pages for dates) and are based on availability. Ticket price is $1 minimum plus a canned good/non-perishable food item. 1 ticket per food time. Tickets are only available 1 hour prior to each perfromance in person at the box office.
Veterans/Active Duty Military - 50% off the adult ticket price, with a minimum of 2 tickets purchased. Click here for more info.
* Discounts must be mentioned at the time of purchase. Discounts cannot be applied to previously purchased tickets. Not all discounts are available online. Arts Passes are based on availability and may not be used for Nutmeg Summer Series, and events may be excluded at the box office manager’s discretion.
Wheelchair seating in available in all 3 theatres. Please inform the sales office prior to purchase if wheelchair seating is required.
Assisted listening devices are available for the Nafe Katter and Harriet S. Jorgensen Theatres. They may be picked up at the box office one hour prior to the performance.
Service animals are the only animals allowed in our theatres.
We offer American Sign Language interperted performances for select shows, please contact the box office for more information.
For accessible van service: Accessible van transportation from Noth Garage and the main entrance of Harriet S. Jorgensen Theatre can be arranged by calling 860-486-4991. Return van service to the North Garage following the performance will also be available. Although these van services are provided at no-charge, a fee will be charged to park in the garage. Neither handicap parking placards nor advance ride reservations are required. The van service is available to all patrons.
In the unlikely event of a show cancellation, a cancellation notice will be posted on our website and we will attempt to contact ticket holders for that performance by phone and email.
Cancellation information will also be posted on our phone system, and website. Performance cancellations are rare and are usually decided late in the afternoon for an evening performance. We do not offer refunds when a performance has taken place. When a performance is canceled due to inclement weather or other reasons, alternatives will be assessed at that time regarding possible exchanges or refunds.
